The Beginning Of My Harmony: My Journey
Hello, I am Prathibha Jadhav. I am a 'Lifestyle Coach', and I love to play with colors as a tool for self-healing.
I am BSc.Microbiology graduate and achieved my degree of M.A in Pali Language. I have three lovely kids. I am also mother to one playful dog (Athena) and one mysteriously cute cat (Griffin). I have one small family and I am satisfied with my life. But actually, it wasn't like this always. And somewhere I am glad it wasn't.
The Wrong Judgements
My journey begins with the words, "The hope that comes after regrets." I guess just like anyone, I have had my fair shares of good, bad, and worst. But something in that calculation just didn't sit right for me for a very long time. I desperately wanted to search for what I was missing, and there wasn't just one but three things- Self-awareness, Self-knowledge, and a will for Self-development. (I am the sixth from left in the pic ^^)
I got married when I was 21. Without any support, surviving in an arranged marriage taught me a lot of things, and that included "A need for Self-Development."
After marrying I used to live with 14 other members of my family as a joint family. Everyone had their own needs and different lives, and for me, I was a kid who was suddenly thrown into this world of Unknown.
And the worst part was, that I just tried fitting in. Fitting in a place that wasn't meant for me.
Correcting Mistakes
One of my favorite things is reading books, and it always fascinated me how some characters can break through their obstacles, the walls that stand in front of them to achieve their goals, their freedom.
Time and time again this very thought inspired me to dare and dream of the things I desire. I soon started looking for freedom. Freedom in a way of Personal space, Financial space, and Mental Peace. I started with one of the basic steps- Looking for a Job.
It was difficult since I was slowly transforming into a new me. From being a housewife to now somebody who was earning for herself. I was discovering a new world. The world I never got to experience since I got married right after my graduation and was adjusting to a life I never even asked for.
But still, I was 35 years old and didn't have anything that I had created for myself. The 9-5 job that made me proud and excited when I was 25 years old, had now become an obstacle. It stood in my way for it held me back from spending time with my kids and myself. I was exhausted.
That was a mistake. Not changing with time was a mistake. And thus to correct it, the best solution was to leave the job and work on 'myself'. Work, groom, and seek Self- Development. I thought that it was my way to achieve more- all while I enjoyed my freedom.
A door to a new world
The flow of knowledge invited me to learn more. I started learning psychology and human behavior. And in this very time period, I also acquired a certification in 'Human Behavioural Counselling.'
New doors were opening and I was curious about what was awaiting me down this road. And that's when I met my mentor, Siddharth Rajsekar.
He showed me the way to a different world, where the exchange of knowledge makes you more desired. Success is not just restricted by how much money you make, but the true essence of success is in the 'Value' that I could add to a person's life.
And those values aligned with my search for freedom. They made it clear that to achieve my goals, and my balance, I have to help others to achieve theirs.
And thus my journey began. I met new people and was lucky enough to get coaching from mentors like Brian Tracey, Dr.John Demartini, Thaddeus Lawrence, and Mac Attram.
